Job Title: Health & Safety Manager

Job Description:
Ensure full compliance with current and evolving legislation Develop, implement, and maintain safety management systems to protect colleagues and the business Advise and support site and senior management on health, safety, and environmental matters Lead and facilitate risk assessments and safe systems of work for all site activities Coordinate and support staff training to ensure compliance and competency across all departments Provide accurate statistical and performance data

Experience and Qualifications:
NEBOSH General or NVQ level 3 and following CPD programme Strong experience in a similar role in a food, beverage environment HACCP Level 2 qualification - desirable Exposure to accident investigation, including full analysis and reporting The ability and confidence to influence senior stakeholders on all aspects of health and safety
