Experience and skills Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including alcohol support Previous experience leading or supporting a team Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills Ability to build positive relationships and promote teamwork Understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and outcome-focused support Ability to motivate others and create a positive, solution-focused environment Qualifications SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards) Commitment to ongoing professional development Registration (or willingness to register) with the SSSC
