Job Description:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering calls and assisting clients with their queries, logging helpdesk requests to ensure nothing is missed, and coordinating engineers and contractors to resolve issues efficiently. You will keep clients informed throughout the process, prepare reports and quotas, and help ensure operations run smoothly. Using your initiative, you will proactively solve problems and escalate issues when necessary to maintain an excellent level of service.
Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a facilities or FM helpdesk role, demonstrating proven competence in managing day-to-day tasks. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident in using Microsoft Office and Teams. A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required, they will bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others.
