Job Description:
Driving to clients' homes across your designated area
Administering or prompting medication in line with care plans
Maintaining accurate records of each visit and any changes observed
Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
Reporting any concerns to the care coordinator promptly
Full time and part time positions available
Experience and Qualifications:
Elderly care experience (essential)
Personal care and moving and handling experience (essential)
Medication administration experience (essential)
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
A warm, approachable, and personable manner, able to build genuine rapport with service users in their own homes
Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently across different placements
