Support the business plan by embedding it within the Hospitality Team, fostering exceptional customer experiences, sustainable growth, and an enhanced employee journey. Drive progress toward our POA vision by overseeing performance across all customer touchpoints, including Drive-Thru, Service, McDelivery, Dining Area, and the My McDonald’s App. Apply a diagnostic mindset to weekly and monthly analyses, using reports to identify opportunities and continuously improve restaurant operations.
