Job Description:
What you'll be doing: ✅ Supervising bar and restaurant operations ✅ Leading, motivating and supporting the team ✅ Delivering outstanding customer service ✅ Managing busy service periods ✅ Cash handling and till reconciliation ✅ Opening and closing procedures ✅ Ensuring licensing, health & safety and company standards are maintained ✅ Supporting management with training and staff development ✅ Helping drive sales and creating an amazing atmosphere

Experience and Qualifications:
⭐ Previous supervisory or hospitality experience ⭐ Excellent communication skills ⭐ Strong leadership and organisation ⭐ Ability to remain calm under pressure ⭐ Flexible to work evenings and weekends ⭐ Personal Licence preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate)
