Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing Leading and motivating a front-of-house team to deliver smooth, professional service Overseeing day-to-day dining operations (breakfast, lunch and hospitality) Supporting and delivering events (with occasional flexibility required) Acting as Allergen Champion, ensuring safety and clear communication Creating a welcoming, high-standard dining environment Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of team members Working closely with kitchen and site leadership teams

Experience and Qualifications:
About You Experience in hospitality or catering, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role Passion for delivering excellent customer service Strong organisational skills and ability to stay calm in busy environments Natural leader who enjoys developing and supporting others Flexible approach when supporting events or occasional additional service needs
