Job Description:
As a Registered House Manager, you will hold responsibility for the overall management and operation of the residential care home, ensuring that the highest standards of care, safety, and support are provided to the children and young people in your care. Your role is pivotal in leading the team and ensuring that all policies, procedures, and regulations are consistently followed.
Experience and Qualifications:
SVQ 4/SCQF Level 9 - Children and Young People and CSLM or equivalent qualifications which meet SSSC requirements. Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a management level and 5+ years residential childcare experience. Experience and Evidence of undertaking a supervisory role in relation to staff within the Children Residential Care environment. Full clean UK Driving License is essential.
