Job Description:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key part in providing an exceptional welcome to our guests ensuring they are looked after and attended to in a timely and professional manner. Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms and ensure linen is laundered and amenities are replenished. Complying fully with all regulations relating to Health & Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHH and ensuring that the hotel's reputation for excellent customer service is upheld. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Experience and Qualifications:
What do we need from you?
Attention to detail: You’ll need a keen eye for detail to ensure guest rooms and common areas are always clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Time management: In this busy role, you must be able to manage your time effectively to ensure all rooms are cleaned within the allotted timeframe.
Communication skills: You should be able to communicate clearly and professionally with both hotel staff and guests, responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
Most importantly, to succeed in this role, you’ll be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience and upholding our brand standards in everything you do.
