Salary: Salary: B1: £33,754 to £36,612 (rising to £34,936 to £37,894 with effect from 1 April 2026)

Experience and Qualifications:
Demonstrable recent experience of managing funds and / or complex caseloads in social care, public, third or Not for Profit sectors or a similar setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret social care and welfare information. Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex decisions clearly, sensitively and with empathy and demonstrable experience of building positive, respectful relationships. The ability to manage sensitive and challenging conversations with empathy. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Flexibility, resilience and a commitment to working in line with ILF Scotland’s values of dignity, respect and empowerment. A commitment to high-quality, person-centred customer service and building positive, respectful relationships with recipients and stakeholders.
