Job Description:
We are looking for an analytical and detail-focused Inventory & Purchasing Manager to take ownership of stock control, purchasing oversight, and inventory accuracy across our distribution operation. You will lead a small stock control team and play a key role in strengthening how inventory is managed across the business.
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply planning (ideally within a distribution or product-based environment) Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis) Experience working with ERP systems Confident investigating discrepancies and identifying root causes Experience leading or supervising a small team Comfortable collaborating across warehouse, commercial, and finance teams Commercially aware and confident making data-led recommendations
