Job Description:
The ability to carry out all types of joinery building maintenance and refurbishment work
Installation of kitchens and bathrooms
Installation of windows and doors
Full working knowledge of wood working machines including cross cut, wall saw and Planer
The ability to follow a works instruction
Ensure a high standard of customer care
Ensure timeous completion of Building Services documentation
Operate and take care of tools and equipment
Experience and Qualifications:
Time served Joiner
Experience of use of wood working machines and of working in a busy workshop
Building Maintenance or Construction Experience
Customer Care Skills
Must hold current full UK driving licence.
Proactive in identifying ways of improving service provision
DESIRABLE
PASMA lightweight scaffolding certification
Experience of woodworm and remedial treatments
