Job Description:
We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Junior Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Analyst to join our digital team. You’ll play a key role in using data to identify conversion opportunities across our digital platforms to support the planning, executing and analysis of A/B tests, and providing actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Content Square.

Experience and Qualifications:
Strong interest in data, analytics, and improving online customer experiences Naturally curious and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to developing new skills Comfortable working with numbers and drawing insights from data (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) Basic understanding of ecommerce or digital marketing concepts (e.g. customer journeys, conversion funnels) Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and ask insightful questions Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas and findings in a simple, structured way
