Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate person to join The Wise Group as a Mentor, delivering our Beyond Custody service at HMP Addiewell, in partnership with Sodexo. This is a throughcare mentoring role, providing one-to-one support to men before and after release from custody. You’ll build trust, coordinate practical help, and walk alongside customers as they take steps to rebuild their lives in the community.

Experience and Qualifications:
Empathic, dependable, and passionate about helping people change their lives Able to build trust quickly and maintain professional boundaries Skilled at problem-solving, with the initiative to coordinate support across multiple needs Organised, reflective, and values-driven A full driving licence and daily access to a car is essential, as travel is a core part of the role. A home broadband connection is required for remote working. This post is subject to enhanced prison vetting and PVG checks.
