Job Description:
Account management and relationship building: main point of contact for assigned customers, building strong and trusted relationships, understand clients and conducting regular account reviews and performance updates Commercial growth: identify growth opportunities, monitor account performance, forecasting. Ensure smooth delivery of service to key accounts, collaborate with internal teams on issue resolution, escalate any risks promptly, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management, sales or client-facing roles Strong relationship and communication skills Commercial awareness Strategic planning and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc.
