Job Description:
As Kitchen Assistant, you will support the smooth day to day running of the kitchen, helping to prepare and serve nutritious, well balanced meals for our residents. You will assist with food preparation, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure all areas of the kitchen are organised and safe. You will receive and store deliveries correctly, follow food safety and infection control procedures, and support the Chef with meal service.

Experience and Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For A reliable and hardworking approach Basic understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential as training will be provided
