Job Description:
As the logistics manager, you will lead Nortys’ logistics team members and operations, ensuring efficient stock movement, strong service levels, cost control, and operational compliance across inbound, storage and outbound activities. This role is responsible for managing 3PL relationships, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the wider operations strategy while helping develop future in-house customs and clearance capability.
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations. Experience managing third-party logistics providers and operational performance. Strong understanding of freight, shipping, bonded warehousing and customs processes. Experience supporting international stock movements and customs-controlled inventory desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident working with operational data and KPI reporting. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Advanced Excel skills preferred. Experience within apparel, retail or distribution environments desirable.
