Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Major Complex Loss Supervisor to oversee a variety of fire and flood related restoration projects. In this role, you will act as the technical lead on site, providing a hands-on approach, collating detailed reports, working closely with our clients, and showing leadership during high-value and highly complex claims. You will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, including but not limited to the loss adjuster, surveyor and insured.
Experience and Qualifications:
Significant experience in fire and flood restoration, ideally major or complex loss projects Strong knowledge of industry standards, drying systems, decontamination techniques, and building structures. Full UK driving licence BDMA Technician accreditation or equivalent desirable Experience working with insurers, loss adjusters, and surveyors. Experience managing hazardous environments
