Job Title: Materials Intake Manager

Job Description:
Oversee the intake of materials, ensuring timely inspections and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and address any issues related to material quality and compliance. Manage and train a team of intake operatives to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the intake process. Establish and implement intake procedures, policies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of materials.

Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in materials management or supply chain roles, preferably within Incoming Goods/Warehouse- Food industry Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and relevant safety regulations. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams. Counter balance Forklift licence Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
