Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities: To ensure the safe, satisfactory performance and further development of all contracts and accounts for which he is responsible. Take an active role in the management of all quality, environmental and health & safety issues on the site for which he/she is responsible in compliance with company policies and arrange Compliance with contractual requirements. Ensure the Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance are carried

Experience and Qualifications:
Understanding of asset management principals and maintenance techniques. Experience of operating a management system i.e. ISO 9001:2000, 14001, 18001. A strong working knowledge of Health & Safety principles including Risk Assessment, COSHH etc. A pro-active attitude. Excellent planning skills. Good IT/computer skills.
