Job Title: Multi Skilled Operative Mears

Salary: Up to £30,000 per hour plus, call out, company van and fuel card.

Job Description:
Carry out day‑to‑day responsive repairs across six schools Complete multi‑trade works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating Repair or replace skirting boards, architraves, internal door frames, doors, locks, hinges. Install and adjust kitchen units, worktops and cupboard doors Identify and resolve minor plumbing issues such as leaks, dripping taps and blocked sinks Carry out patch plastering and make good to damaged walls and ceilings

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience in multiple trades Reactive maintenance background IT literate Full UK driving license Good communication skills Electrical experience is preferable
