Job Description:
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily routines, promoting independence, and helping to create a homely, positive environment. You will provide hands-on personal care with dignity and respect, assist with mobility, nutrition, and medication prompts, and work closely with the nursing team and families to ensure every resident feels supported, safe, and valued.

Experience and Qualifications:
SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) preferred Previous care experience is welcome but not essential as we provide full training A caring, compassionate, and respectful approach Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
