We are seeking a dedicated and professional Porter to join our team at Livingston lodge hotel. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment by providing exceptional guest services and maintaining a welcoming environment. This position requires a strong focus on hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff alike.

Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A friendly and approachable demeanour that reflects our commitment to outstanding service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
