Salary: Starting pay £13.93 – 14.93 per hour, rising with training to £14.43-15.43 for hours worked between 11pm – 5am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate if £12.93-13.93, rising to £13.43-14.43 (dependant store location)

Job Description:
Being a Night Team Leader means so much more than leading (even though that’s still important). It’s your chance to step up to the plate – which means you’ll be: ● Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods ● Training and accrediting new Baristas ● Stirring up success for yourself a ● Crafting new recipes to energise your team ● Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores ● Leading a small night team of yourself and one other.
