Job Description:
To work within a team who would assist the residents with all aspects of their daily life including but not limited to daily routines as set out within care plans, mealtimes, personal care, and domestic support. To have a good understanding of effective communication in a professional manner with residents, colleges and families and other professionals. To support residents to partake in meaningful activities and promote independence as far as they are able.
