Answer and direct incoming phone calls Sort, distribute, and send mail and packages (as and when required) PA tasks to director File, scan, and photocopy documents Assist with data entry and processing project documents Prepare simple letters, forms, and documents Complete supplier forms when required Assist with the restock of office supplies, when required Support administration team with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Experience and Qualifications:
No previous experience is required; however, administrative qualifications or related training would be an advantage · Excellent communication skills and attention to detail · Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
