Job Description:
Oversee and support a small team of 5 office staff. Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier accounts Handle HR tasks, including staff records, onboarding, and compliance Maintain and update SimPRO project data Coordinate scheduling, reporting, and communication between office and site teams Ensure smooth day-to-day running of office operations
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a senior administrative role Proficient in SimPRO software Strong knowledge of invoicing and HR processes Experience managing or supervising staff Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and proactively
