Job Description:
The role of the Operations Manager is to manage multiple projects within the Energy Efficiency sector. Day-to-day management of your team; responding to queries and carrying out visits of works whilst ensuring the Clients target dates are adhered to and any variations notified immediately. Ensuring Health & Safety & Environmental procedures and standards are adhered to, and all certification and documentation is completed accurately.

Experience and Qualifications:
Experienced Electrical Operations Manager with a strong track record in delivering electrical contracts and leading teams of direct labour and contractors within domestic and social housing sectors. Responsible for business generation alongside the National Electrical Manager, with expertise in field management, health and safety, quality, compliance, and P&L delivery. Skilled in managing domestic and commercial projects, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant work. Proven ability to assess team performance, improve KPIs, and maintain staff compliance with regulations and company procedures. Collaborates with Health & Safety and Training teams to keep training and qualifications up to date.
