Job Description:
We are seeking an organised Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience in contract management, preferably within the construction or ground investigation industry. · Understanding of contractual terms, legal implications, health and safety and risk management. · Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. · Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
