Experience and Qualifications:
Track record of managing teams (3+ years in a leadership role)
Experience setting up and tracking KPIs, lead times, and operational metrics
Comfortable with data, reporting, and using numbers to drive performance
A positive person who brings good energy and lifts the people around them
A natural people person. You build relationships easily and people want to work for you
Confident having difficult conversations and holding people accountable
Calm under pressure. You stay level-headed when things go wrong
