Job Description:
We are a busy Chartered Accountancy practice and are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Bureau. We handle the payroll function for many of our varied clients. It is a part time role and hours can be discussed with the successful candidate. Therefore an extensive knowledge is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining precise employee records.

Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience with dealing with payroll Must be able to calculate SSP, SMP, CIS etc Must be familiar with Auto enrolment Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy levels. Must be upto date with payroll rates and legislation Familiarity with human resources practices and employment legislation. Organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines whilst still following processes fully. Strong communication skills for liaising with clients as the successful candidate will have a lot of client contact and be required to explain calculations and any payroll related queries
