Job Description:
As a People Systems Adviser, you’ll play a key role in driving improvements across our people systems and ensuring they remain efficient, user‑friendly, and fit for the future. You will contribute to the scoping, design, and testing of our people and pay system, and support continuous improvement across related processes and policies. You will collaborate with the MI Analyst to meet reporting requirements by providing HR information for key corporate projects and supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting commitments outlined in the Reports Planner.
