Job Description:
As a Plumber you will be apart of the Kitchen Refurbishment team and supporting our client on Void and Tenanted properties. You will be responsible for re-piping all pipework through the kitchen. Removing and refitting appliances, whether that be gas appliances or other kitchen appliances. Commissioning and de-commissioning, repairing, and maintaining Gas systems and appliances.

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience working in the Building Construction/Maintenance Industry. Qualified City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Experience in Social Housing Excellent communication skills Ability to understand and interpret work instructions, drawings and schematic drawings. And a full driving licence CCN1 – Core gas safety domestic CENWAT – Central heating and water heating appliances CPA1 – combustion performance analysis MET1 – Gas meter safety CKR1 – Domestic cooking appliances HTR1 - Gas fires
