Job Description:
The full-time position of Production Planning and Control Assistant Manager leads the Production Planning Team includes (but is not limited to): developing and implementing production plans, managing manufacturing lead times, coordinating with the production/stores team to ensure that raw materials are available, ERP management control monitoring production output, new model introduction planning, product identification accuracy, capacity planning, team development, training and wellbeing, ensuring all related parties are informed and aligned with production
Experience And Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical, analytical, and leadership skills, can continuously prioritize, and shines in a challenging environment. They will have proven history in achieving established goals, including, inventory levels, production planning accuracy, capacity utilisation, productivity, training, scheduling efficiencies, and the oversight of equipment, system performance and downtime, identifying operational growth opportunities ensuring employees’ focus on safety first.
