Job Description:
Lead the day-to-day running of the pre-school room
Support, mentor, and inspire your team
Ensure high-quality learning experiences and care
Maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment
Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
Support planning, observations, and curriculum delivery
Uphold nursery policies, procedures, and standards
Experience and Qualifications:
SVQ Level 3 in Early Learning & Childcare (or equivalent)
Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
A nurturing, confident individual with a passion for child development
Strong organisational and communication skills
A creative approach to learning through play
A team player who thrives on collaboration and relationship-building
