Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and people focused production leader to take responsibility for a designated area, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved. You will coach and develop your team, manage day to day performance, and work closely with HR, Training, and wider site functions to improve capability, engagement, and operational performance. A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, challenging labour and throughput performance, and ensuring the area remains audit ready.
Experience and Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience within a production or FMCG environment Level 3 Food Hygiene and HACCP Level 3 (or equivalent) Experience working to BRC standards and maintaining audit readiness Strong people management and communication skills Confident decision maker with the ability to challenge and influence others Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement Strong focus on developing and supporting others Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience within a chilled food manufacturing environment would be advantageous
