Job Description:
Understanding & Following Defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Ensuring Tasks are Completed Safety Maintaining Housekeeping & Workplace Organisation Standards Identifying & Highlighting Processing Issues Working Together as a Team Undertaking Agreed Training & Development Active Participation in Problem Solving to Improve Operational Performance The Operations Team Members complete their allocated tasks and activities, as defined, to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) in terms of Safety, Quality, Productivity, Efficiency and Delivery are consistently achieved.

Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing, logistical or operational environment essential. Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong desire to succeed and strong worth ethic A positive attitude Good problem-solving skills Well-presented and professional manner Must be able to work independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail Warehouse experience in a Manufacturing environment: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred) Work authorisation
