Job Description:
Develop and maintain accurate production, demand and materials plans to support customer requirements. Create and communicate daily, weekly and medium-term production schedules. Monitor forecast accuracy, customer demand and service levels, identifying risks and opportunities. Coordinate protein and raw material requirements with Purchasing and operational teams. Lead planning inputs for S&OP, promotional events and seasonal peaks. Manage inventory levels to minimise waste, obsolescence and supply risk. Build strong relationships across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Customer teams.

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience within Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing. Strong analytical skills and a confident approach to decision making. Excellent Excel and systems capability. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset. Experience within chilled food manufacturing, FMCG or production planning would be advantageous but is not essential.
