Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a vital part in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You will support the smooth running of daily operations, including meal service, housekeeping, and client interaction, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are consistently maintained.

Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of hotel operations is preferred but not essential. Proficient in computer systems. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service focus with a friendly and approachable manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of managing multiple tasks and working under pressure.
