Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the team. Assist with data entry, document control, and file management. Update trackers and internal systems as required. Help ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date. Assist with basic reporting Customer Service: Answering inbound calls professionally, providing information, and directing enquiries as needed. Administrative Management: raising MCS certificates and G98/G99 requests
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven Office Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar customer-facing role is essential. Highly Organised: Exceptional time management and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail. Self-Motivated: The ability to work independently and manage the single day's workload efficiently without direct supervision. IT Proficiency: Competent in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, email, and basic CRM/scheduling systems.
