Job Description:
Fixed Term - 9 months.
This post is part time, guaranteed hours (equivalent to 3.5 hours per week over the 10 months) and we are open to considering flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
We are inviting applications for a Research Assistant position to undertake an Engineering Biology project entitled “Engineering genetically tractable induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived models to dissect susceptibility and resilience to Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus.” funded by the Roslin Foundation.
Experience and Qualifications:
Educated to degree level in a relevant subject, preferably at postgraduate level.
