Job Title: Residential Service Manager (Care Visions)

Salary: £41,000 - £47,000 a year

Job Description:
As our Residential Service Manager, you will lead and inspire a committed staff team within a nurturing, caring and relational culture. You will champion high standards of practice to ensure children receive exceptional, trauma-informed support. You won't be working in isolation. Our services are part of a connected cluster of residential services, giving you access to a strong network of peer support, shared expertise and collaborative leadership. You'll join a group of experienced Managers who meet regularly, problem solve together and offer practical and emotional support when needed.

Experience and Qualifications:
At least 2 years' experience in Residential Child Care or a relevant management/leadership role. Professional qualifications in Social Work/Social Care. SVQ in Social Services (Children & Young People) at SCQF Level 9 or SVQ Leadership and Management for Care Services at SCQF Level 10 (desirable). A collaborative approach with experience working alongside multiagency professionals. Flexibility to participate in the on-call rota. A full driving licence due to the travel requirements of the role.
