Job Description:
We are seeking to recruit a Qualified Residential Surveyor to cover the West Lothian Area. The role will primarily involve undertaking Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations for a range of local and national clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team with the opportunity to make a real impact in the local market.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Relevant degree and professional membership (MRICS). - Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care. - 2 years post-qualification experience to satisfy lender requirement - Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Knowledge of the West Lothian would be beneficial but is not essential.
