Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably within retail or sales environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous. Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Administrative experience including report writing and record keeping. Professional demeanour with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Organisational skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
