Job Description:
Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar operations Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service are consistently maintained Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations Support stock control and communicate ordering requirements to management Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to ensure member and guest satisfaction Assist with the delivery of functions and events Take responsibility for the smooth running of service when management is not on shift

Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or hospitality supervisory role Excellent communication and customer service abilities Good knowledge of food safety procedures and restaurant operations Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Experience with hospitality booking and POS systems is advantageous Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
