Experience and Qualifications:
Experience Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff members Restaurant experience including food preparation, cooking, serving, and hospitality operations Knowledge of food safety protocols and food production processes Familiarity with kitchen operations with hotel or barista experience being a bonus Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills Prior experience in managing food service teams in fast-paced environments
