Job Description:
Leading a dedicated and enthusiastic front-line team, you'll make sure they are ready to meet the day's demands, offering an outstanding service to every visitor who comes through the door.
You'll co-ordinate daily team activities and be the first port of call for any queries.
Guiding, training, and supporting your team, you will ensure that they are motivated and equipped to deliver their very best and achieve budgeted sales targets and KPIs.
You’ll also oversee the day-to-day operations
Experience and Qualifications:
With experience in a retail and/or ticketing profession, along with the ability of driving sales and KPIs through exceptional customer service and commercial focus, you’ll be keen to develop your career further in a new environment.
With strong leadership skills, you will be familiar with recruitment and training processes, and eager to lead a team from the front, developing and encouraging those around you to get the best out of them.
You're extremely capable when it comes to IT, confident using a range of systems and with good numeracy skills too.
Well organised and used to working at pace, you can be relied upon to work flexibly and effectively even when deadlines are challenging and circumstances change.
With a logical approach to problem solving, you'll be able to remain calm in a busy environment, using good judgement and initiative to resolve a range of queries.
Above all, you know what it takes to create the kind of customer experience that leaves a lasting and positive impression.
