Supporting the General Manager in delivering overall store performance
Leading, motivating, and developing a multi-department retail team
Driving sales growth and achieving performance targets
Overseeing stock management, merchandising, and visual standards
Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the store
Managing recruitment, training, rotas, and team performance
Maintaining compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
Experience and Qualifications:
Has proven experience in retail management
Is commercially aware and target-driven
Demonstrates strong leadership and organisational skills
Is hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Has a passion for quality food and customer service
