Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to gain hands on experience within a dynamic retail environment. Based in store with scope to travel, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Retail by combining data analysis with day to day operational and administrative support. You will help translate data into actionable insights, identify business trends, and highlight opportunities to improve store performance and customer experience. Please note a drivers licence is required for this vacancy.

Experience and Qualifications:
Skills & Experience Recent graduate (Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field preferred) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus) Excellent organisational and administrative skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Confident communicator, able to work with both store teams and senior stakeholders Commercial awareness and interest in retail trends Personal Attributes Proactive and eager to learn Curious mindset with a passion for understanding business performance Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment Collaborative team player with a hands-on attitude
