Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including bathrooms, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable. Change bed linens and towels in accordance with hotel standards. Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and refreshments. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly after use. Assist in the laundry department as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues to promote a friendly atmosphere

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. A background in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently. A team player who can work collaboratively with others while also being self-motivated.
